Quality is what we were after when we decided to re-do our home. Through word of mouth and exposure to their work, Judy and I decided on Quality West Construction to make over our home. Gary helped us create the lake home we dreamed of owning. He took the time to visit us at our previous home to get to understand what features we enjoyed along with what we would be looking for in the construction of our new home. Gary then helped us design and build a home to suit our lifestyle and needs. Our home on Lake Waubesa is unique and thoroughly enjoy its style, beauty and quality.

Since the original construction, we added a sunroom that Gary and Joe helped us with. They were very patient with us as we worked through the details and a few minor adjustments. This addition not only adds value to our home but enhances the living experience with the warmth of sunlight.

When we recently purchased our recreational property, we again looked to Quality West Construction to accomodate us with our building needs. Here too, Gary and Joe were great to work with. They constructed a garage and pole barn built with quality materials and skilled workmanship.

No one knows when they will build their last house, so each house has to be special and it takes a creative, experienced, professional contractor to accomplish that task.

Quality West Construction was referred to us and were pleased to see the proof of that referral during our first visit with Gary Karls. We lived 100 miles from Mount Horeb at the time, so Gary was willing to meet with us on a holiday weekend.

Quality isn't always the most expensive. When our first bids came back higher than expected, due to various material cost increases, Gary found a way to save some money without compromising quality, functionality and appearance. Quality insulation and windows were a high priority.

The crew and subcontractors Quality West employs were very good. Those things are as important as the general contractor, because many decisions and discussions involve these individuals, as well as the general contractor. The finishing crew was exceptional, which is something that really shows in a house.

We assume that our home, Gary Karls built is our last house, but no one never knows. If we decide to build again, we would certainly not bother getting a second bid, but simply give the job to Gary's firm.
